ROW 1 OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.


Official Rules Effective Date: August 15, 2026

These Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Official Rules”) govern all sweepstakes, giveaways, drawings, and similar promotional events conducted by ROW 1 (“ROW 1,” “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), unless a particular promotion provides separate rules that expressly replace or supplement these Official Rules.

By participating in a ROW 1 promotion, you agree to these Official Rules, the ROW 1 Terms and Conditions, and the ROW 1 Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Official Rules, you are not eligible to participate.

 

1. SPONSOR

The sponsor of the promotion will be ROW 1.

The legal entity operating ROW 1, together with its applicable business address and contact information, will be identified in the applicable promotion materials or these Official Rules.

ROW 1 may use third-party vendors, technology providers, merchants, manufacturers, payment processors, fulfillment companies, advertising partners, and other service providers in connection with the administration of a promotion.

These third parties do not become sponsors of the promotion unless expressly identified as such.

 

2. ELIGIBILITY

Unless otherwise stated in the Official Rules for a specific promotion, promotions are open only to individuals who:

  • Meet the minimum legal age requirement applicable to the promotion;

  • Are legal residents of an eligible jurisdiction;

  • Have a valid ROW 1 account, where an account is required;

  • Provide accurate registration and account information;

  • Satisfy all requirements contained in the applicable promotion rules; and

  • Are not otherwise prohibited from participating under applicable law.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of ROW 1 and its promotion partners may be excluded from participation as specified in the applicable promotion rules.

ROW 1 reserves the right to establish additional eligibility restrictions for individual promotions.

Certain states, territories, countries, municipalities, or other jurisdictions may be excluded from specific promotions where participation is prohibited or restricted by law.

 

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

Each promotion will have a clearly identified start date and end date.

The period beginning at the stated start time and ending at the stated closing time will constitute the “Promotion Period.”

All times will be based on the time zone specified in the applicable promotion.

Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are void unless otherwise stated in the applicable Official Rules.

ROW 1's computer or designated system will be the official timekeeping device for electronic entries.

 

4. HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants may enter a ROW 1 promotion through the entry methods identified in the applicable promotion.

Depending on the promotion, entry methods may include:

  • Free online entry;

  • Promotional entry opportunities;

  • Qualifying activities;

  • Purchase-based entry opportunities where permitted by law; or

  • Other methods specifically identified in the applicable promotion's Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Where a promotion offers purchase-based entries, purchasing a product or other item is not required to participate.

Where required by applicable law, ROW 1 will provide an alternative method of entry that does not require a purchase.

The applicable promotion's Official Rules will explain the available methods of entry and any applicable entry limits.

 

5. FREE ROW 1 COINS UPON SIGN-UP

Eligible new users who successfully create a ROW 1 account may receive 50 ROW 1 Coins upon registration.

The 50 ROW 1 Coins are provided at no cost and may be used for eligible sweepstakes participation as described within the ROW 1 application and the applicable promotion's Official Rules.

No purchase is required to receive the initial 50 ROW 1 Coins.

To receive the 50 ROW 1 Coins, an eligible user must:

  • Create a valid ROW 1 account;

  • Provide the information required during registration;

  • Satisfy the applicable eligibility requirements;

  • Complete any required account verification; and

  • Maintain an account in good standing.

Only one initial 50-ROW 1-Coin signup allocation is permitted per eligible person unless otherwise stated by ROW 1.

ROW 1 may limit, reject, or revoke Coins associated with duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise unauthorized accounts.

ROW 1 Coins have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be sold, transferred, traded, or exchanged outside of the ROW 1 platform.

The 50 ROW 1 Coins are promotional credits and are subject to the applicable promotion rules, entry limits, expiration provisions, and other restrictions displayed within ROW 1.

 

6. ROW 1 COINS

ROW 1 Coins are promotional units used within the ROW 1 platform.

ROW 1 Coins:

  • Have no cash value;

  • Are not currency;

  • Cannot be withdrawn as cash;

  • Cannot be transferred between users;

  • Cannot be sold or exchanged;

  • Cannot be redeemed outside of ROW 1;

  • May be subject to promotional expiration periods; and

  • May only be used in accordance with ROW 1's applicable rules.

ROW 1 may provide Coins through signup bonuses, promotional offers, qualifying activities, purchases, or other methods identified within the ROW 1 platform.

The number of Coins required to participate in a particular promotion will be displayed before participation.

Receiving or possessing ROW 1 Coins does not guarantee that a user will win a prize.

 

7. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO RECEIVE THE INITIAL 50 ROW 1 COINS OR TO ENTER A SWEEPSTAKES WHERE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

The initial 50 ROW 1 Coins are provided to eligible users at no cost upon qualifying signup.

Where additional free entry opportunities are required by applicable law, ROW 1 will provide an appropriate alternative method of entry as described in the applicable promotion's Official Rules.

Purchasing additional ROW 1 Coins or other products, where available, will not guarantee a prize or otherwise guarantee that a participant will win.

 

8. ADDITIONAL COINS

ROW 1 may offer users opportunities to obtain additional ROW 1 Coins through purchases, promotional activities, bonuses, referrals, special events, or other methods.

Any such offer will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of the offer and the applicable promotion's Official Rules.

Where Coins are purchased or otherwise obtained through a paid transaction, the transaction does not guarantee that the user will win a prize.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the applicable winner-selection process.

 

9. ENTRY LIMITS

ROW 1 may establish limits on the number of entries that a participant may receive or use for a particular promotion.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion's Official Rules, the 50 ROW 1 Coins provided upon signup are limited to one initial allocation per eligible person.

Creating multiple accounts to obtain multiple 50-ROW 1-Coin signup allocations is prohibited.

ROW 1 may invalidate Coins and entries obtained through duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, automated activity, or any other prohibited method.

 

10. PURCHASES AND ENTRIES

Certain ROW 1 promotions may provide entry opportunities associated with qualifying purchases.

Where permitted by applicable law and specified in the applicable promotion rules, a qualifying purchase may result in a specified number of entries being credited to the purchaser's eligible ROW 1 account.

Purchasing an item does not guarantee that you will win.

A purchase will not improve the odds of winning beyond the number of eligible entries associated with that purchase.

Any purchase-based entry opportunity will be subject to the entry limits, eligibility requirements, and other restrictions stated in the applicable promotion rules.

 

11. NO GUARANTEE OF WINNING

Participation in a ROW 1 promotion does not guarantee that an entrant will win a prize.

The probability of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period and the method of winner selection.

ROW 1 makes no representation that any particular participant will win.

 

12. ODDS OF WINNING

Unless otherwise stated, the odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

For example, if there are 100,000 eligible entries and one winner is selected, each eligible entry has approximately a 1 in 100,000 chance of being selected, assuming each entry has an equal chance of selection.

Actual odds will vary depending on the total number of eligible entries received.

 

13. PRIZES

The prize or prizes available for each promotion will be described in the applicable promotion materials.

Prize descriptions may include:

  • Prize type;

  • Approximate retail value;

  • Quantity;

  • Model or specifications;

  • Color or configuration;

  • Applicable restrictions; and

  • Any additional conditions associated with the prize.

Unless otherwise stated, prizes are awarded “as is.”

ROW 1 may substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside ROW 1's reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Prizes are not transferable unless expressly permitted by ROW 1.

No cash alternative will be provided unless expressly stated in the applicable promotion rules.

 

14. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS

The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, insurance, registration costs, shipping-related expenses, or other costs associated with accepting or using a prize unless expressly stated otherwise.

ROW 1 may be required to collect tax information from a winner before awarding a prize.

Where required by law, ROW 1 may report the value of a prize to the appropriate tax authority.

If a prize includes a vehicle, property, travel, or another item requiring registration, insurance, licensing, or other expenses, the winner may be responsible for those costs unless otherwise stated.

 

15. WINNER SELECTION

Potential winners will be selected using the method identified in the applicable promotion's Official Rules.

Unless otherwise specified, winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The selection process may be conducted using a random drawing system or an independent third party.

The Sponsor's or its designated administrator's decisions regarding the administration of the promotion and selection of potential winners will be final, subject to applicable law.

 

16. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners may be notified using the contact information associated with their ROW 1 account.

Notification may occur through:

  • Email;

  • Telephone;

  • Text message;

  • In-app notification;

  • Mail; or

  • Another reasonable method of communication.

ROW 1 will not be responsible for a potential winner's failure to receive a notification because the participant provided inaccurate contact information, failed to monitor communications, blocked communications, or otherwise failed to respond.

A potential winner may be required to respond within the period specified in the notification.

Failure to respond within the required period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner, where permitted.

 

17. WINNER VERIFICATION

Before receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to complete a verification process.

Verification may include providing:

  • Legal name;

  • Date of birth;

  • Proof of identity;

  • Proof of residency;

  • Mailing address;

  • Tax identification information;

  • Eligibility documentation;

  • Affidavit of eligibility;

  • Liability release;

  • Publicity release where permitted; or

  • Other documentation reasonably required by ROW 1.

If a potential winner cannot verify eligibility, the potential winner may be disqualified.

 

18. DISQUALIFICATION

ROW 1 reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or potential winner who:

  • Violates these Official Rules;

  • Violates the ROW 1 Terms and Conditions;

  • Provides false or misleading information;

  • Uses fraudulent payment information;

  • Manipulates the entry process;

  • Uses automated entry methods;

  • Creates multiple accounts to circumvent entry limits;

  • Uses bots, scripts, or other unauthorized technology;

  • Tampers with the ROW 1 application or website;

  • Attempts to interfere with winner selection;

  • Attempts to gain an unfair advantage;

  • Engages in fraudulent activity;

  • Violates applicable law; or

  • Engages in conduct that threatens the integrity or security of the promotion.

ROW 1 may void all entries associated with a disqualified account or participant.

 

19. FRAUD AND MANIPULATION

ROW 1 may investigate activity that it reasonably believes may involve fraud, abuse, manipulation, cheating, unauthorized access, automated activity, or other conduct that compromises the integrity of a promotion.

ROW 1 may use technical, administrative, and third-party fraud-prevention tools to identify suspicious activity.

ROW 1 may suspend accounts, invalidate entries, withhold prizes, restrict participation, or take other appropriate action where permitted by law.

 

20. AUTOMATED ENTRY PROHIBITED

The use of bots, scripts, macros, automated systems, artificial intelligence systems, scraping tools, or other automated technology to create or submit entries is prohibited unless expressly authorized by ROW 1.

Entries generated through prohibited automated methods may be void.

 

21. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Participation may require an internet-connected device, compatible browser, mobile device, email address, and/or ROW 1 account.

Participants are responsible for any internet access charges, mobile data charges, device costs, or other expenses associated with accessing ROW 1.

ROW 1 is not responsible for technical failures caused by:

  • Internet service providers;

  • Mobile carriers;

  • Device failures;

  • Browser failures;

  • Network congestion;

  • Server failures;

  • Software errors;

  • Unauthorized interference;

  • Power outages; or

  • Other technical circumstances outside ROW 1's reasonable control.

 

22. INTERRUPTION OR TERMINATION OF A PROMOTION

ROW 1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate a promotion if fraud, technical failures, security issues, legal requirements, or other circumstances compromise the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.

If a promotion is terminated, ROW 1 may select winners from eligible entries received before termination, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

ROW 1 will not be responsible for any failure to conduct a promotion caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

 

23. PUBLICITY

Where permitted by law, participation in a ROW 1 promotion constitutes permission for ROW 1 to use a winner's name, city and state, photograph, likeness, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

A winner may be required to sign a publicity release.

Where consent is legally required and cannot be waived, ROW 1 will obtain the appropriate consent before making the applicable use.

 

24. PRIVACY

Information collected in connection with a ROW 1 promotion will be handled in accordance with the ROW 1 Privacy Policy.

ROW 1 may collect information necessary to:

  • Process entries;

  • Manage accounts;

  • Verify eligibility;

  • Select and contact winners;

  • Fulfill prizes;

  • Prevent fraud;

  • Administer promotions;

  • Provide customer support;

  • Comply with legal requirements; and

  • Operate the ROW 1 platform.

25. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, to release and hold harmless ROW 1, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, service providers, advertising partners, prize suppliers, and promotion partners from claims arising out of or related to participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize.

This release does not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

 

26. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROW 1 will not be responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, or misdirected entries;

  • Technical failures;

  • Website or application interruptions;

  • Unauthorized access;

  • Device failures;

  • Network failures;

  • Software errors;

  • Lost communications;

  • Typographical errors;

  • Fraudulent activity by third parties;

  • Prize defects caused by third-party manufacturers; or

  • Events outside ROW 1's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

 

27. DISPUTES

Participants agree that disputes relating to a particular promotion will be handled in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions contained in the applicable ROW 1 Terms and Conditions, except where the applicable promotion's Official Rules provide otherwise or applicable law requires a different process.

28. GOVERNING LAW

The applicable promotion will be governed by the laws specified in the final ROW 1 Terms and Conditions and any applicable promotion-specific rules, except where prohibited or superseded by applicable law.

29. WINNER LIST

Where required by applicable law, a winner list may be made available following completion of the applicable promotion.

Requests must be received within the applicable period specified by the promotion rules.

 

30. GENERAL CONDITIONS

ROW 1's decisions regarding the administration of a promotion are final, subject to applicable law.

ROW 1 may correct typographical, technical, or administrative errors.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Failure by ROW 1 to enforce a provision of these Official Rules does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

These Official Rules, together with the applicable promotion-specific rules, ROW 1 Terms and Conditions, and Privacy Policy, constitute the governing rules for participation in ROW 1 promotions.
