ROW 1 (“ROW 1,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the information you provide when using the ROW 1 mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

We may use this information to fulfill prizes, merchandise, or other items you have legitimately won or purchased, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements, and provide Services to you.

We may collect other information that can be used to contact you outside of the ROW 1 application, including information you voluntarily provide to our customer support team.

 

F. Payment Information

When you make a purchase, submit a paid entry, or otherwise complete a transaction through ROW 1, payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Depending on the payment method and payment processor used, we may receive limited transaction-related information such as the transaction amount, transaction date, payment status, payment method, or limited information associated with the payment method.

Where payment information is entered directly through a third-party payment service and ROW 1 does not have access to the full payment card or bank account information, we do not collect or store the full payment information ourselves.

Payment processors may independently collect and process your payment information under their own privacy policies and terms.

 

G. Credit Information

Where necessary for fraud prevention, identity verification, eligibility verification, financial transactions, or other legally permitted purposes, we may receive or process information relating to creditworthiness or credit-related information.

ROW 1 does not necessarily receive your full credit report or credit score. If a third party processes this information on our behalf, its collection and use may also be governed by that third party's privacy policy.

 

H. Precise Location Information

If you grant ROW 1 permission to access your device's location, we may collect precise location information, including information that may identify your location with a level of precision comparable to latitude and longitude.

We may use location information to:

  • Verify eligibility for promotions or sweepstakes;
